- Shipping -
We offer free shipping on most products. If there is an additional charge for shipping, it will be noted in the products description. Due to the one of a kind nature of many of our products, we use USPS shipping with delivery confirmation to insure safe delivery. Please have the product shipped to an address that can accommodate this. LizardPatch.com is not responsible for misplaced or stolen packages. All returned packages will be subject to a shipping fee to reship. As we cannot control the delivery person, your property or porch pirates so please be available to receive your package. We will not refund or replace stolen or lost items. We are not liable for the package once it leaves us. If you require different shipping options, please contact us and we can and will work with you to the best of our ability! Before we ship your item, we personally inspect it for defects, broken pieces, quality, packing etc. to ensure the best for you! Most products are shipped within 5 business days but delays do occur and we will do our best to inform you if one does occur.

- Returns -
We accept returns based on a case by case basis. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery ( ContactUs@LizardPatch.com ). We strive to include as much info as possible in our products descriptions but if you need more info before purchasing, please contact us and we will accommodate you. ALL return shipping will be covered by customer unless prior approval is granted. Due to abuse of the return system ( ie... wearing a product and then returning it afterwards, leaving us with a used product and a shipping bill ) all approved returns will be issued LizardPatch.com credit.

We use them to see where our customers are. the LizardPatch doesn't sell your info, nobody knows what Facebook, Google or anyone else does with that info though. It's a complete mystery. We strive to provide high quality products and accurate descriptions so you know you are getting the very best for your hard earned money! If you ever need more info about an item, please email us at ContactUs@LizardPatch.com to get you what you need. We source our products from reputable dealers and artists. Our .925 sterling silver is only purchased from established, reputable silversmiths so you can be assured you are receiving a quality product.
Our turquoise and gemstones all come from various mines and jewelers but all are personally inspected by our on-site expert rockhound that has over 25 years experience! We stand by all our products and their authenticity! Most of our products are one of a kind and what you see is what you get, meaning you will receive the exact product pictured. If its a product that we stock multiples of, we send one as similar to pictured as humanly possible. We use hypoallergenic earring wire whenever possible but due to everybody being different we cant guarantee it won't cause an allergy.
